Connecting with
Mother Earth Workshop
In this workshop, we will connect with Mother Earth. We will learn that our mother, Pachamama, Gaia, represents much more than what we were taught the Earth is.
We will build a relationship with Pachamama using mindful practices lead by our heart and intuition, as well as the knowledge passed down from my ancestors and abuelos and abuelas. The purpose of this workshop is to guide kids and youth to remember their own wisdom to connect with her. We will experience a deeper bond with all of nature, embracing ancient wisdom and awakening our spirit.

Gratitude Workshop
In this workshop we’ll dive into how to use your senses to appreciate and notice the simple joys of life and explore what gratitude is in a safe loving circle with friends.
We will learn techniques that helps us be more present, mindful, grounded, & be more resilient
Gratitude creates positive feelings in kids and teenagers. Gratitud is not just about politeness! Gratitude lifts our mood, creates inner strength, and strengthens our relationships.

Divine Pre- teen / Teen Workshop
Divine pre-teen is a monthly immersive experience that introduces pre-teens & teens into the world of mysticism in a safe and empowering way.
This workshops will offer a safe space for pre-teens to nurture their connection within and learn to recognize the language of their soul.
1-4pm

All these workshops are taken place either at a private location in French Valley or at a park/preserve.
This workshops are bilingual. No Spanish is required to join.
