My intention of offering these camps and circles is to help girls connect with their inner wisdom, so they can raise an awareness and understanding of how sacred they ALL are.
Girls will learn to love and respect their bodies, value their own strengths, and learn to interpret their body changes so they can navigate their cycles in a healthy and mindful way.
For thousands of years, our ancestors circled around and honor these rites of passage. They knew the importance of celebrating and initiating them into womanhood.

Maiden Rite of Passage / Mi Primera Luna
The Maiden Rite of Passage ceremony is a very special and beautiful way to honor and celebrate the sacred transitions of life of a girl. During this ceremony we will create a sharing circle, explain about her menstrual cycle and the changes she will experience, make art, play music & dance, have other meaningful activities and give a special gift to the girl that is been celebrated. We will finish with a healthy meal and dessert.
These ceremonies are held at a private location in French Valley.
Mother and close females and friends will be invited to make this beautiful circle a sacred space.This ceremony is offered in Spanish & in English!

$20 per female friend or relative
* For an additional fee of $5 per attendee a Flower Crown Making Table can be provided so each girl can create their own flower crown to wear during the celebration. -
Girls Camps
This is a 6 hour 2 day Camp (Sat-Sun)
designed to introduce girls to sisterhood circles, self-care, the power of intuition, menstrual cycles & puberty, self-acceptance & self-love, the value of connecting with our mothers/female guides, & gratitude.This camp is full with activities that will help girls to empower themselves and honor who they are in the stage that they are.
The camps are held on a beautiful private location in wine country or at a nature location.It includes a gift, a healthy meal and a memorable & meaningful experience.

Frienship Cirlce
Friendship Circles is a safe and enjoyable space for pre-teen girls to build real friendships. They will learn to communicate their boundaries, value themselves, resolve conflicts, and develop resilience. This is a supportive environment to explore feelings, insecurities, and fears while forming healthy relationships. Here, your daughter can feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. These circles will encourage sisterhood and shift the focus away from comparison and competition.
